Stu Lane, from Polegate, East Sussex has been racing in karts for years but in 2014, and after driving one of Oakfield Motorsport’s Cooper S around Brands Hatch on a corporate day, got hooked and began doing track days. In 2015 he bought an R53 Mini and after a couple of track days supported by Oakfield motorsport, he asked us to convert it into a racing mini, ready for the Mini Challenge open class. We’ll be supporting him this year as part of our team.
When Stu is not at the track, he’s building websites for motorsport teams such as ourselves.
